The Maamarieh orchard stretches out over an area of 800,000m² - all used for agricultural plantations. The land includes all types of citrus trees (blood orange, clementine, grapefruit [white, pink and red], kumquat, lemon, lime, mandarin, navel [orange and red], pomelo [red and white], shammouti, sour orange, sweet kiss, tangerine and valencia), avocado trees (14 varieties supplied according to the seasons, all year round), cherimoya, dates, mango, melon, passion fruit, and starfruit.

Throughout, the land is irrigated by an automated sprinkler and drip system. The Maamarieh orchard is situated around 300m above sea level and its temperature during the summer varies between 25°-35°C, whereas during the winter, it ranges between 8°-20°C. Chemicals are minimally used, only when deemed absolutely necessary.
